Four levels per tool category
Each tool category — Business management, Veloce, Creative Studio, Missions, Presentations, Account billing, Integrations — receives one of these levels. Defaults vary by category: check them in Orbit, under Permissions.

Review and approvals
Beyond access levels, Orbit has a task control plane. Task approvals can be enabled there depending on the deployment. These mechanisms are configured: we review them with you rather than promise them by default.
Choice of model providers
Autonomous execution supports OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Infomaniak and OpenRouter, depending on configured keys. Conversation may offer other models. The provider is a setting of your environment: it affects where and how data is processed, which we study with you.
Channels
Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and webhook connect with your own credentials. No channel is active until it is configured.
Deployment questions
Where is data processed?
As SaaS, on the infrastructure operated by Cyberesia; on-premises, in yours. The configured model providers also play a part: we document it with you, for your case, rather than announce a general guarantee.
Can an AI coworker act without me?
Yes, within its access levels. With “Read only”, it changes nothing. With “Ask first”, its writes stay pending. “Full access” lets writes run: reserve it for proven use cases.
What happens if I close the application?
Tasks delegated in Orbit are picked up by the runtime, which is separate from conversation. Their execution still depends on the availability of the deployment and providers.
Does Cyclones Cloud hold certifications?
This page claims none. Share your requirements with us: we will answer precisely on what exists and what does not.
Can I connect my own APIs?
Connectors to APIs described with OpenAPI can be added for your organization. They fall under the Integrations category and its access level.
